At your complimentary initial consultation, offered via phone, video or in-person, we will discuss your event date, aesthetics, budget, and color palette. This meeting allows us to get to know your personality and for you to get to know ours. We encourage you to bring color swatches, memorabilia, inspirational photos, and anything you would like to incorporate into the design. Once your consultation is completed a proposal will be presented to you within 48hrs. This proposal will include flowers, and decor elements we will provide along with prices. If the proposal is accepted, we will present you with a contract. To secure your event date, a signed contract and 25% non-refundable retainer will be required. After receiving the retainer you will receive a comprehensive design plan that encompasses all the elements of your event. Once you submit your final payment, two weeks prior to your event, your stunning designs are guaranteed to be delivered and set up. Lastly, we encourage you to enjoy your event and refer us to a friend!

Day of Event
On event day, our team will arrive on time for setup and coordination. We will work with your event planner and other vendors to execute the design as agreed. At the end of the event, we will arrive to strike down the event. We strongly encourage open communication, and you may call us to discuss additional needs or changes up to 48 hours prior to your event.
As each event has its unique design aesthetic and vision, pricing is custom to each individual event and presented only after consultation. Please note that we do require a minimum financial commitment for a full floral contract (bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony & head-table reception flowers) and we book on a first come, first serve basis.
We understand that each wedding is unique in size and design requirement, so we invite you to inquire if your budget is below our minimum requirement. We will work with you to provide florals and decor services that fit within your budget, however, we ask for some design flexibility.
